Little Sun Necklace

A tiny piece of sunlight, made to go everywhere.

At the center of this delicate necklace hangs a 6mm faceted sunstone briolette, glowing with warm flashes of peach, copper, and ember-orange as it catches the light. The stone is wrapped by hand in 14kt gold-filled wire and suspended from a fine 18-inch gold-filled chain, allowing the sunstone to remain the quiet focus of the piece.

Sunstone takes its name from the warm flashes that seem to move within it, created when light catches tiny reflective inclusions inside the stone. Here, its natural glow needs very little embellishment. A simple hand-wrapped setting and delicate golden chain leave the stone free to do what it does best: catch the light.

At the clasp, a tiny four-leaf clover ring adds a hidden detail and a little bit of luck, tucked at the back of the necklace for its wearer to know is there.

Dainty enough for everyday wear and easy to layer, Little Sun is a small reminder that beauty doesn't have to be large to be noticed.
